Blog Entry # 4
A recent purchase that I made was at a store named Ruehl. Unconsciously knowing I did follow the purchase decision process. I first glanced at the the top, picked it up to examine the fabric, color and texture. Then I mentally figured out what I could wear it with that I already have. Tried on the top and made the purchase. It was quick and easy.

I'm glad you noticed the process. The needs recognition began when you first developed an urge to buy a new top. Think about what marketing effort if any drew you to have that need....if it was a store window...ad, merchandising display etc. The trick as marketers is to understand how we can gain a customers attention at any stage in this model.
Thank you for blogging.
